JOEL BALLARD

Joel has worked in Film, TV, and Theatre all around Canada. Theatre credits include All Shook Up (Chemainus/Gateway), Out In The Open (Greenthumb), and 1984 (The Virtual Stage). Selected Film and TV credits include Spectacular, Ragz, Roadies, and Triple Sensation. As a choreographer, his work has been seen in The Drowsy Chaperone and Anne of Green Gables (Trinity Western University), and the Gumboot Kids pilot (CBC). His current day job is as a reporter for CBC but since the gig is “full-time casual” and no one is taking vacation during the pandemic, work isn’t what it was. He is grateful for the opportunity to step into the (virtual) theatre world again.
