Concert & Workshop
Dark Glass Theatre is partnering with Oh Pray Tell to offer a Concert & Workshop where you get to step into the room with Sally, Betty, and Shayna, and make something beautiful. Shayna Jones is a storyteller and drummer, Sally Titasey is a somatic practitioner, and Betty Supple has a background in clowning. They bring these particular gifts, along with their expansive musicianship, into the creative process.

Make Musical Magic!
Oh Pray Tell is more than a band, it is a deeply connected trio of women who believe in the power of shared experience. Their original works are created through a process that involves movement, ritual, drumming, harmonies, and lots of laughter, as they follow their creative impulses along the road to musical magic. And now you can be part of their unique creative process.
The trio will guide workshop participants through new ways of storytelling, following impulses and discovering possibilities, in a space of safety, vulnerability, and courage. After a day of exploring and creating, participants will have the opportunity to contribute harmonies, rhythm, spoken word, or movement as part of the evening concert.
Space is limited for this one-of-a-kind workshop so if you are ready to play, discover, and create, register now!
Not sure if you want to participate in the workshop, but would like to attend to the concert? Grab a friend and secure your seats!
About Oh Pray Tell
Oh Pray Tell is Betty Supple, Sally Titasey and Shayna Jones. Their three part harmonies are grounded in banjo and stomp-clap-cajon rhythms, and they weave together poetry, stories and spoken word. With an original, soulful sound influenced by gospel, rhythm & blues, roots music, and folk story-telling, we know you’re going to love them.
Shayna Jones is no stranger to Dark Glass Theatre. A longtime associate artist, she won a Jessie award for her moving portrayal of Salima in Lynn Nottage’s Ruined back in 2018. More recently, her powerful solo show, No Mama, No Cry made its debut last spring (and will be coming to more venues in 2026!)
Sally and Betty might be new to Dark Glass but their open-hearted sensibilities and belief in the power of communal storytelling mark them as our kind of people. Check out the video for The Rain It Falls, and their newest release; Poor Black Woman Blues - to see what we mean..
